The buyer logs into the ERP and clicks Post Requirement. They fill in the product name, category, quantity, budget, delivery country and an expiry date.
A unique reference number is auto-generated. The requirement is now visible to all registered suppliers on the board.
Suppliers log in and browse the board. They filter by category, country, priority, keywords. AI-extracted tags help the right requirements surface automatically.
The supplier clicks "I'm Interested". In one click, they appear in the buyer's Interested Parties list and the buyer gets an instant notification.
After expressing interest, the supplier can message the buyer directly. A private threaded chat opens between them — no admin required.
The buyer sees all interested parties and can open a private chat with each. The admin has full visibility — they can feature requirements, change statuses and moderate threads.
Once a supplier is selected and the deal is done, the buyer closes the requirement. It's archived — visible for reference but no longer accepting new interest.
